This was our first time using Nicole for our 2 cats, and she was great. She was reliable and very responsive. We got regular updates and both cats seemed very happy and relaxed when we returned from our holiday. One of our cats is very shy, but she also managed to get him to warm up to her very quickly, so we were impressed by that.

Nicole is very reliable, and she sends lots of pictures and little videos of Mabel while I'm away. Mabel is always content and happy when I get home.

Nicole was great and our cats loved her. One of our cats needs medicine twice a day and she was so determined for him to take it each time. Came home to happy healthy boys.

Nicole was absolutely fantastic. It was our first time leaving our cats and we were so nervous. She immediately put us at ease. She is so kind, friendly and responsible and we knew our cats were in safe hands. Nicole kept us up to date with photos and videos and even our nervous cat really warmed to her. Mabel is quite a nervous cat, but she really took to Nicole, who looked after her so well. I received lots of photos and videos, so I knew she was well taken care of.

Nicole looked after our cat Robin for a week and we’re very happy with the care that she provides. We had updates and photos every time she visited the house which is reassuring.
