Louise was an absolute star! She looked after Blue, our cat, wonderfully. We loved the regular updates and photos, which really put our minds at ease. When our flight was cancelled and our dates shifted unexpectedly, Louise was flexible and understanding, making a stressful situation so much easier. Blue was happy and relaxed when we returned.

Louise looked after my little cat whilst I went on holiday and did a superb job. She has looked after him before so he was happy to see her. On one visit he had gone out and as she didn't see him she returned later to check he was OK. This was extremely kind and thoughtful I can definitely recommend Louise she is lovely.
