Sophie understood how much we love our cats and showed them the same love and care we would ourselves. Her cat care is first class, and our cats were relaxed and happy and loved her. Communication excellent throughout. Totally reliable, professional and considerate. Frequent updates, complete peace of mind. Always welcome and highly recommended.

Sophie was amazing with our 2 Bengals, kept their food stations clean, playing with them, sending regular updates and photos. She even put our bins out and mopped the floor. A real star. Thank you so much.

Once again Sophie was great; there was a little incident when our cat Walt accidentally swallowed a string from a rod toy, and Sophie handled the situation really well. She let us know asap and attended an online vet appointment and then called the out of hours vet. This confirms we can really trust Sophie completely!

Sophie was amazing. She really took the time to get to know Luna and Ursa (and us) and she looked after them brilliantly whilst we were away. They had 5* treatment! She went above and beyond what was required, and even helped us with a problem they were having with a neighbouring cat. Kind and super knowledgable - can't recommend highly enough.

Having trialed catteries in the past and Mysti not getting on with them, we knew we had to look into a cat sitter. I am so glad we found Sophie! She is a natural with cats, and although our cat is super friendly, he can be quite nervous, he warmed to Sophie with ease. Going on our first holiday and leaving Mysti was already daunting, but with Sophie sending regular updates, photos and videos, it made us feel so at ease. I felt I could enjoy my holiday knowing Mysti was in the best possible care. Came home and he was so relaxed, happy and calm! Would recommend Sophie to anyone! Thank you! X

Sophie’s great. She truly cares about cats and made sure our boys were comfortable while we were away. She sent us updates and even came earlier one evening to check up on one of our cats who’d been sick that morning. It’s nice to know we can leave the house guilt-free and with peace of mind when Sophie’s looking after them :) Our younger cat is scared of new people but from the first time he met Sophie he was comfortable enough to come downstairs and eat his dinner, which was amazing to see! We’ve already booked Sophie for our future holidays and you should do the same :)

I would highly recommend Sophie. The booking was simple and Sophie’s communication was excellent. She provided regular updates while we were away including messages, photos and videos. She not only fed and cared for our animals but took time to play and groom them too. Sophie was kind and friendly when she visited us beforehand. I had every confidence that she would do a marvellous job and she didn’t disappoint. We will definitely book Sophie again in the future.

5 star service! I came home to three well happy contented cats with full tummies. What a wonderful experience leaving are adult cat and two kittens with someone who completely gets cat care. We also enjoyed are photo update of the kittens snuggling together ❤ Thanks again Sophie for giving us some extra info on how to help our new kittens bond with are older cat .
