Crazy Cat Lady

I'm an out and proud crazy cat lady, whether it's stopping to talk to random cats in the street to reading cat rescue websites, cat welfare books and The Cat magazine from Cats Protection. I am a volunteer for Cat Chat, the UK's Cat Rescue website.

The more time I spend with cats, the more I marvel at how individual they are and with what they need from a cat sitter.

I am a strict rule/routine follower - my day job is university administrator - and cats also LOVE routine, so whatever you tell me to do for your cat, I will do it! You want to know your cat(s) are being well cared for and their normal routine maintained for them whilst you're away.

I myself find it hard to leave my lovely cat when going away so have real empathy and always send lots of pictures and videos.

    I have two cats with very different personalities and one of them is blind so they have to be kept separated. Catherine was so great with them, I came back after a week and you could tell they were well cared for and enjoyed having her around while she was here. Really grateful for her and how she looked after them, I strongly recommend her!

    Catherine watched Dexter again while I was away and it was perfect. She spent time with him to make sure he was happy, had everything he needed, and gave him extra cuddles. I came home to a very happy cat. Definitely recommend to anyone who needs a cat sitter!

    Kattaa loves Catherine immediately on their first meeting. Kattaa was not shy at all, while usually she would be a bit shy meeting new people for the first few minutes. This makes me relieved to leave Kattaa in Catherine’s hands when I’m away.
