Reliable, Trustworthy & Experienced

Victoria has been thoroughly reliable throughout. She was always quick to respond to communications in a helpful and accommodating way before and during the booking . She is very caring , thoughtful and conscientious and clearly loves panimals and our cats responded very well to her. She had unfortunately to deal with one of our cats who became ill before we went away and sadly did not recover but liaised with the vet and ourselves frrequently, promptly, thoroughly and compassionately and went beyond what might be expected in her care and concern. We had every confidence in her. Our remaining cat was clearly very well looked after too and looked well and happy with Victoria. We cannot praise Victoria highly enough and would thoroughly recommend her and will certainly wish to employ her in the future.

We have a 6 and 7 year old, who need to be fed twice daily and given lots of attention. Victoria was amazing, sending me photos and updates regularly whilst we were away. She has such an amazing way with animals and I don't think our cats even missed us. Victoria is a very trustworthy and decent individual and I had no hesitation in giving her full access to our home whilst we were abroad. I cannot recommend her enough.

Victoria did a fabulous job of looking after my Bengal, Charlie, for three weeks. In addition, she looked after my two dogs plus the house and garden. My family and I took a trip to visit family during the school summer holidays. She is a natural with animals and is very trustworthy. My animals love her. She has looked after Charlie a few times and it is a relief to be able to go away and know that our fur babies are taken care of. It made all the difference and gave me peace of mind to enjoy our break away. I even received regular updates and photos of my 'furry family' which was lovely.
