I was a bit apprehensive as it was our first time using Cat in a Flat but Louise put my mind at ease. She was great and we came home to a very happy cat!

louise is great, came home to a clean house and a very happy cat. She communicated clearly before hand, and was quick to send me photos when i panicked while away.

Thank you Louise for taking care of our cats again. They were very happy and relaxed when we returned. Louise was reliable, ensured she knew what our cats needed by visiting prior to us going away and let us know that they were happy when she had seen them.
