Came home to two happy cays, this is our second booking with Sylvia and we will be booking her again in the future

As a first time user I have to admit that I was a little nervous about leaving my kits. I shouldn’t have worried as Sylvia took very good care of them especially my shy guy Mischief who hides from people he's only just met. I will definitely be using Cat In a Flat and Sylvia the next time we go away.

Sylvia is absolutely fantastic. Keeps you updated with photos each day. My cat can be a challenge at times and Sylvia dealt with all of that. I would thoroughly recommend her!

I cannot recommend Sylvia enough! She is absolutely fantastic and my two cats were super relaxed and happy when we returned home from our holiday. She came to visit them a week before we went and they loved her instantly - we felt so comfortable leaving them with her which was fantastic considering it was our first time leaving them. She is such a genuine person, great communicator and has a huge love for animals, we would not hesitate to use her services again. We booked Slyvia to pop in for 3 days while we were away, she was polite, friendly, and immediately made friends with our cat. We even got some great pics and updates while we were away, and made us feel like our cat was in good hands - you won't regret booking this cat sitter!
