Emily was so great! She came over twice before we left and then sent daily photos while we were away... even on Christmas Day! We came back to a very happy and relaxed cat, and the flat was so clean and tidy too. Would definitely book her again.

It's such a relief to know my cats are in good hands when I go out of town! They are my babies and I worry about them, but Emily takes great care of them. I can tell when she picks up the key before I go, because they run straight for her to sniff and demand treats. :) The daily pictures are good for people like me who worry too much, and I can see how happy my cats are in every pic. Emily is a great choice for people who are hesitant to board their cats while they're away.

We contacted Emily to look after our cats, twice a day, from the 23rd to the 28th December while we were away for Christmas , visiting family (who had dogs who our cats would not get on with). She visited beforehand to meet the cats and get information on their their specific requirements. She also advised that another cat sitter would be available to cover if she unavailable for any reason. While we were away Emily gave morning and evenings Whatsapp updates (with pictures) on how the cats were doing and was available for calls when required. When we returned we found two very happy cats, much happier than when have left them at a cattery previously. We couldn't recommend Emily more and will definitely be using her services in the future.

Emily is a firm favourite with us and Oscar, our cat. We can always relax knowing he is being well looked after and we love the daily photo updates!

Emily was hired to attend our cat for five days, she attended three days and sent a picture daily. No further contact was made by Emily to inform us about our cat. When checking our Cctv on days four and five an unknown male entered our house and fed the cat. We were not informed that she was giving our keys to a stranger and she didn’t make contact to say she was unable to attend our cat. I won’t be using Emily again or recommending her… ------------------------------------REPLY FROM SITTER----------------------------------------------- Hi Gail, unfortunately I became ill during your booking and rather than letting you down or cancelling mid-way through our arrangement, a friend and fellow cat-sitter (who's also a trusted and approved member of Cat in a Flat) assisted in ensuring Storm was well taken care of. If communication was lacking regarding this, I do sincerely apologise, and will endeavour to improve this, should a similar situation ever arise in the future. As you can see from many happy clients over the years, I take my responsibilities as a cat sitter very seriously, and do feel the timing of my illness was rather unfortunate.

Just brilliant! We couldn’t be happier with Emily, who looked after our nervous cat wonderfully for a week while we were away. We came back to a very happy and relaxed car.

This was the first time we had a sitter for our young cat and Emily was absolutely wonderful! We got daily photos and texts, which was great for reassurance, as we hadn’t left Yuri alone for so long before, and when we came back, he was relaxed and happy as can be! Would definitely recommend Emily!

Came home to some VERY satisfied kitties who I knew were well cared for based on the pics I was sent while on vacation. It was such a wonderful relief to be able to go on a trip and know my babies were in such great hands and having fun with the babysitter.

Emily came round to collect a key prior to our weekend away and our cat Luna was delighted to see her. She came straight over to say hello. It was good to know we were leaving her with someone she liked who gave her lots of attention looking in on her.

Emily was fantastic! She met us beforehand to discuss our kitten’s needs which ensured me that she would be well taken care of. Emily was super communicative and took good care of my place. My cat (and I) can have separation anxiety so it's helpful to get pics of him knowing that he's chilling out or having fun outdoors. When I got back Tofu was really happy to see me but definitely spent a couple of minutes looking for Emily, he definitely had a lot of fun while I was gone, he had a great cat sitter! Thanks Emily.
