So grateful to Hazel! First time leaving Milo home for so long and him being a nervous cat we were worried about how he'd manage but Hazel was very lovely and professional, she always made me feel reassured Milo was in good hands. Kept me updated everyday with a message and photos! Will definitely contact Hazel again for next time! Thank you!

Hazel has been an absolute godsend for our family. She has not only looked after our 6 cats, but also collected mail & opened/closed curtains ensuring that our home is looked after too. She is incredibly polite & totally reliable. One of our cats is on medication & Hazel has ensured that she is given the drugs while we’re away. Exceptional!

This was the first time we didn't put the cats in a cattery and Hazel took such good care of them! We got daily updates and I felt completely comfortable leaving them in her care after meeting her beforehand. Would absolutely recommend Hazel and will be using her again!

Before we left for our holiday, Hazel came for a visit to meet our cat and find out more about him. Whilst we were away she was extremely communicative, she sent pictures and very thorough updates on all her visits ~ she also worked through some issues that he was having and came up with lots of possible explanations/solutions.

She took the responsibility of caring for our pet very seriously and we would definitely recommend her :)

It’s always reassuring leaving our cat, Peach, with Hazel. She can be a bit of a grump, and often need clearing up after, but nothing is too much for Hazel. Peach is always happy when we return, and from the photos and updates whilst we are away, we know she is happy whilst we are gone too. I would recommend Hazel to anyone!

We normally use a cattery to look after our pets but as Hazel was recommended to us we thought we would try a cat sitter. Hazel came to our house to meet the cats Fenton and Bear and collect keys and our guidance. Our cats have very different needs, one is obese and on medication while Bear is on a strict curfew due to his mischievous nature. This mischief had led to the climbing a tree and falling and breaking a led just before we left for our break. Hazel was told about this and was very attentive to the needs of both cats but especially Bear as he had to be kept in at all times. Medication was not a problem as Hazel looked after the cats perfectly. While we were away Hazel sent us photos and videos so that we knew all was well with them and the cats could enjoy their own environment. As Bear is normally shy it was interesting to see a video of him sat on Hazels lap being well looked after.

I can't recommend Hazel enough. Her care to detail prior to and during our absence was excellent.

My two cats were happy and purring when we returned. Hazel administered medication for my Persian and looked after a fussy eater of my other cat.

Hazel also sent me photos which meant a lot.

Hazel did a fantastic job looking after our three cats whilst we were away for a night, a tricky task considering one cat does not get on too well with the other two! I was very impressed with the care Hazel took in checking what they would need whilst we were away, and will certainly ask her to take care of them again. It also was nice and reassuring to receive pictures of them whilst we were away thank you!

No easy task managing our Maine Coons, but we couldn't of asked for safer hands for them to be left in. A week away in Cornwall and Hazel did fantastic job of managing our moggies. To say they are sensitive is an understatement and Hazel caring nature meant they bonded straight away which was essential for us to have some holiday time with the family. Hazel was a brilliant cat sitter and I would recommend to anyone looking for a caring, reliable, friendly and knowledgeable cat sitter. I have a very needy (high maintenance) cat, with anxiety issues as well as lots of health issues and I felt really reassured leaving my cat in her capable hands. Receiving pictures of my cat whilst I was away, was also a nice touch and a comfort. I'm already planning my next holiday and will definitely hope Hazel can be my sitter again!

Hazel is a very friendly and ultra reliable sitter...she not only took great care of my 2 very skittish cats but also my 2 rabbits. Along with following their daily routine to help them she cleaned up after the rabbits...she sent daily updates with pictures which was amazing as this was the first time i have left my pets alone like this...i came home to 4 very happy animals who seemed relaxed and well looked aftwr...will definately use Hazel again in future.
