Francesca was accommodating to our & our cat’s needs as we’ve had some problems with our cat flap while we were away.

Francesca has again been a very reliable and caring sitter for our elderly cat.

Francesca did a great job with Hector and Claude, taking the time to get to know and play with them as well as dealing with their food and toilet needs. Both cats were quote comfortable with her, and well cared for. Many thanks!

She accepted our request on short notice and sent plenty of updates and photos of our kitten. She made sure to accommodate feeding and playing routines we requested. On top of that she was always very responsive so we never had to worry about our kitten. We honestly could not have asked for a better service.

We came back home to a happy and well fed kitten and highlighly recommend Francesca!

Francesca only arrived once on days where I had booked in for two visits. The days she arrived twice the times were vastly apart (7am and 11:35pm). She had told me she visited in the afternoon, but actually hadn’t. While the cats fortunately were fine, the three days I was out I was constantly worried that she wasn’t going to arrive to feed them and as she had my only spare key I couldn’t have a friend visit.

Francesca did a great job cat sitting for us! She was very reliable and communicative. She even dealt calmly with a situation where our cat disappeared for 24 hours!! Thank you!

Francesca was amazingggg. From the moment she popped by to meet Leo i knew they'd get along and they were firm friends from beginning to end. Francesca was also great from everything from ensuring he was fed to keeping him entertained for the christmas period. We will definitely be using her again in future and would suggest everyone else do the same. FANTASTICC!
