Fur-less Cat Sitter

She is the best cat sitter we had so far. This is the third time Emma took care of our 3 cats. She sent daily pics and updates, played with them and left them very happy and relaxed. We found the house tidy and clean when we returned home. She even watered the plants in our garden which were never been so green. Recommended!

We trusted Emma to take good care of our two indoor cats. We expected her to deal with them like her own and as her profile states to come back home to unstressed cats. We came back home and what we saw exceeded our worst expectations. It looked as though we left them completely alone with a cat feeder instead of a human being checking on them every day. The smell was horrendous as she left all of the litter in the bin throughout the entire time (almost two weeks). We left her written instructions to change the water daily, which clearly wasn't as the bowls were almost empty with plenty of fur in them. Cats were very stressed and losing lots of fur. There was cat vomit on the rugs which she said she did her best to clean. She didn't even touch it with the wet wipes we left her on the middle of the table next to the instructions. Cats keep vomiting twice a day with fur which never happened before to such an extent, they also lose lots of it, probably from stress. She left lights on, the reflectors were burning hot when we came back and I am afraid to think what electricity bill we are going to get. Also, we expressed not to walk in the shoes in our apartment which she clearly did as we saw in one of the pictures she sent a few days ago. On top of that, the flat is infested with fleas which never happened to us before as our cats are indoor cats. We had a cat sitter from this portal before and we were very happy with her. Unfortunately, this caused all of our family trauma and we may think again about who we invite to our home in the future.
