If you have a cat or cats near the Highbury/Islington area you should book Sera G. She was brilliant and gave us peace of mind while we were on holiday. She sent daily photos of our cat Gladys and was conscientious, organised and professional. Initially we were apprehensive about going away as Gladys is an older rescue cat and we didn't want to put her in a cattery. Thankfully Cat in a Flat and Sera put our minds at ease and we couldn't have been happier with the service Sera provided. It is clear that Sera loves cats - she loved spending time with Gladys and Gladys loved her. We will book again in future.

We could not have been more pleased with Sera. She responded promptly to messages before we met and was very informed about how Catinaflat works. She was happy to meet us and the cats to discuss arrangements before we went away and when she came over to the flat we had easy conversation about the arrangements and also got to know her a bit. She was also far more organised than us and made sure we had all the right paper work in place. Sera fed our cats twice a day. She sent videos and pictures each day to reassure us of the cats well being and I felt completely reassured by her. Overall I would highly recommend Sera, she is a genuine, friendly and helpful person who I will contact again when we next need a cat sitter.
