Super experienced and reliable cat carer available :)

Hey I'm Richie and I'm a non-drinking, non-smoking furry friend fanatic from Ireland currently living in Yorkshire. I've already done a number of back to back sits since arriving here from London. The comfort of the cats under my care is of paramount importance to me. That's why I love this platform because it allows your cat to stay exactly where they are most comfortable and be in the company of someone who's absolute priority is to love and care for them like their own. That's always been my guarantee.

I've been on a couple of other platforms as a general pet sitter to great success for over 10 years now, and the pictures I've shared on here are from friendly feline encounters while volunteering on various projects abroad.

I love to travel and pet sitting has been a fantastic way for me to do so while enjoying the company of animals and making amazing connections. I've made friends for life from house sitting throughout Europe!

Right now I'm happy to be settled here in Yorkshire while I write some new music, do some teaching online, and wind down after a long time on the move.

I have a car and am very flexible in terms of availability and location. I'm very open and approachable :)

I've had cats in my family since I was a young child. Our first cats were actually found at the bottom of our garden by myself and my sister when I was around 10. They were the next door neighbour's neglected kittens and we readily took them in as our own. That's what got us all started off as a family on our cat craze!!

I absolutely love animals but have a particular affinity with cats. Given the nature of my work being quite sedintary in terms of writing lesson plans, songs, report writing and marking, cats are the ultimate companion whether on the lap or just sharing the same environment because of their natural ability to exude a sense of calm and comfort. I love that.

I've looked after all sorts of animals with every imagineable sleep, nap, feeding, medication and exercise routine, so I'm going into this realm of cat care responsbilities with confidence that I can give you the peace of mind that your cat and their home will be given the utmost of care.

I'm happy to share ratings/reviews from other platforms detailing the lengths I go to in terms of keeping owners in the loop regarding their pets' welfare while their away with written, video and photo updates as required/requested.
