Cat lover in Small Dole

Gabriela is the most amazing cat sitter nd a lovely human being! She looked after my cats for two weeks and they were very happy with her. She sent me WhatsApp messages every day so I knew they were okay, including videos and photos. I was so happy to find a lock person who I could trust and who loves animals and thoroughly recommend her!

Gabriela saved me with a last minute booking and flexible communication - at the end of the day all went great and I think Misa didn't really miss me. Adding Gabriela to my favorite sitter pool :)

Gabi was a great cat sitter, we arrived home to one happy cat! Gabi sent us updates everyday which included pictures and videos, which made us relax and enjoy our holiday. Always responsive and reliable, thank you so much Gabi!

Gabi was an excellent cat sitter! She gave us video and photo updates by whatsapp and made sure our cat Lola had everything she needed while we were away. Most importantly, she managed to get a cuddle out of the cat, who's usually wary of strangers! Highly recommended.

When I come home did not find happy and relaxed cats. Ive been trying to get the urine smell out of the house for 2 weeks. You didnt clean the cats toilet very well. You didnt collect clumping urine litter, you only cleaned stool. They butt were infection. You only focused on one cat. Also, You didn't even send videos with the cats for playing times, you even reposted old the photos you took a few times later again. Therefore, Im thinking "You didnt play my cats and did not send videos." I am not happy for your pet sitter service. I wont definitely be ask her to help again! ---------------RESPONSE FROM SITTER--------------- I assure you, and many of the other lovely cat owners I've had the pleasure of meeting can attest, that I visited your flat every day for half hour where I gave them a fuss and played with them. It was an honest mistake if I sent outdated pictures. I have apologised and rectified immediately. One cat was shier and sometimes hid from me. I avoid forcing interactions that may cause a pet stress, as the absence of the primary caregiver is already stressful. I don't personally agree with not changing the litter for 10 days but this was the parameter you set and I imagine that not changing significantly contributed to the smell. I would like to assure you that I didn't cut any corners, I enjoyed the company of your cats and they were pleased to see me.

I was quite anxious leaving our cat as she really loves human company, but Gabriela kept me updated with daily photos and videos, and I now feel a lot more relaxed about leaving her in the future!! Gaby was friendly and helpful throughout the whole process and took the time to get to know Winnie, and I will definitely be coming to her next time I need a cat-sitter! :)

Gabi was wonderful - very flexible with arrangements, super friendly and great with miskey. We received top class care and were able to enjoy a stress free holiday.. miskey was well looked after, thank you!!
