Hi - my name is Dan...32 years old and I manage a childhood obesity charity.
We have had cats in my family for about 30 years so they've always been part of my life...but unfortunately our last cat, Brandy, passed away a couple of years ago which has meant my 'cat-contact' has reduced significantly since, except for cats I meet on the streets!
I've always been more of a 'cat person' as I enjoy the fact they love attention but at the same time they're very independent. It's a good mix! They're always good fun to play with and it's very stress relieving when you give a nice cat a stroke!
My girlfriend is a member on this site and suggested I sign up as she's had great experiences with it so far.
