Many repeat customers

We are 1st time users of CIAF - it was a mixed experience. Tina was knowledgeable, at the start the process was smooth. Halfway through, the Code of Conduct was broken & better communication may have avoided this. The cat was fine but the process caused stress. Suggest users discuss exact requirements + review the code so all are on the same page. ! ----------------------------------- RESPONSE FROM THE SITTER ----------------------------------- I’ve been looking after pets for decades with a number of repeat clients. With every client I assume there are cameras. Bingo is a lovely boy so it was a pleasure to spend extra time with him. On 1 visit only, my partner was unexpectedly able to join me on the walk to the client just before he left for a long term trip. He came inside the main room only (with me) to meet bingo. It’s important to keep factual when raising concerns. I responded fully, immediately alerted CIAF & am confident the clients camera(s) evidenced my visits and conduct.
