Mum of all cats...10 of them :)

I’m afraid I didn’t have such a good experience 2nd time around. I had to message as I had not had any feed back or photos on first day, which was worrying as I was 400miles away worrying that I had made a huge mistake. I then received two days of photos but not of the cats who were hinding. I did not receive any photos or communication for the last two days of sitting. I returned home & thankfully my cats seemed fine although hinding under the bed. There was a plastic bag in the hall with cat poo in it, causing a smell not sure why this was not disposed of? & I had to clear up a poo on the carpet beside the litter tray. Sorry but it has left me feeling less than confident in using this service again, shame as the first time I had no issues.

Our cat was well looked after by Jane and she sent us regular photos of him which was great. Will definitely ask her again to look after our cat.

Fantastic sitter. Absolutely trustworthy and accommodating even when booking was last minute and over Christmas. Will definitely book Jane again. I highly recommend you do to!

Jane was lovely. She looked after our little git and our home very well. She even changed the bedding and washed some towels for when we got home. We were away for so long but she sent us regular updates and we felt very safe knowing she was around and looking after him. Our previous cat sitters (friends usually) left us with a fussy beast, but he was great this time round. Will definitely hire her again to look after Garlic.

Jane was awesome! Lots of photo updates about our cats (and fish!). The little fuzzballs were very shy, but clearly came to love her. Took great care of the pets and our home. Thank you!

Jane was wonderful and very patient with me! Great communication before, during and after trip, even doing an extra feed due to a delayed flight back! Cats very happy and chilled upon return. Would thoroughly recommend and will definitely use again!

Jane was wonderful. I got regular photos and updates and could tell that she really loved looking after the cats. When I came home, they were very relaxed and had clearly had a great time with Jane. Highly recommended.

As always Jane did a great job! She sent photos of Belle and Rudy To me. She had to search for Rudy who is very timid! But it's always good to know they are safe and cared for. Would always recommend Jane to look after your fur babies.

Once again, a perfect cat-sit by Jane. My elderly unsocial cat had been really poorly before I went away but I trust Jane implicitly and was reassured by twice daily photo updates that Belle was fine. Would definitely recommend Jane as a fantastic cat sitter xx

Highly recommend Jane! She has a tough job with my two cats as they aren't the friendliest with new people but she looks after them really well ! She is very easy going and provides fun updates. House was left spotless and cats were happy. Will be using her again without a doubt.

Jane is a good cat sitter. We got a daily photograph and our cat was healthy and happy at the end of the booked period. Communication was also good and there were no problems at any point. Recommended.

Jane looked after our cat for a long weekend and kept us up to date regularly with photos after each visit. Our cat clearly had a great time and was content when we got home. The only negative I can think of is that the key was left in the door when we returned home, but I think this was an accident.

Jane is very reliable and friendly. She communicated well and sent me updates. I was able to relax because she contacted me to let me know the cats were ok. Definitely using her again.

Jane seemed to be looking after our cats well and we were communicating regularly late in the evening/night when she visited them and she was sending pictures most nights except one, because her phone card was full.

Three days before our return, we got a message from Jane on a Saturday at 2pm saying that she had left the keys in the house the previous night. We had been in contact the night before but Jane did not mention anything then or after until the following day.

We were very distressed by the fact that we had been informed so late because on one hand the cats would need feeding soon and on the other the house had been left unlocked for the night.

Several communications took place enquiring why we had not been informed as soon as Jane realised she had left the keys inside, but we weren't satisfied with the answers and what sounds to us the lack of acknowledgement of the seriousness of the situation.

With very short notice, we had to find a friend with a set of keys and available to come to cat sit as by then our confidence in Jane had dissipated. And this was the best case scenario as we don't want to think what could have happened if a locksmith had needed to be involved.

The cats might have been well looked after during the time we were away but unfortunately the key situation left us no choice but to give a low rating review.

Jane was an absolute gem, looking after my elderly and rather unsociable cat Belle. Belle doesn't take to strangers easily and began the week hissing furiously, but Jane gained her trust and by the end of the week they'd made friends.

Jane sent me daily updates with pictures and videos and I really felt reassured that my Belle was being cared for very well.

The house was left spotless and Belle was in tip top condition. I would wholeheartedly recommend Jane and I'm hoping she'll come back soon to cover my next trip away xxx

Napoleon is a bit of a nervous cat (which is funny considering how big he is!) but Jurgita put him at ease and did a great job looking after him. This was the first time I've used a cat sitter and I'll definitely be booking Jurgita to look after him again.
