Hi,

my name is Karen, i work full time as a project Co Ordinator and absolutely love cats, big and small. I love to spend time with cats needing some extra love, food, exercise, grooming and cuddles. I have had cats all my life in many countries and bought my current cat back from South Africa to live with me in London and am very familiar with all their lovely special ways. I lived in thailand for many years and took care of most of the cats on the island. I am happy to send daily reports and photos to clients missing their furry children whilst on holidays and anything else owners need to make sure their felines are content and purring!     Karen was fantastic with our girl and took great care of her. She communicated well with us and was very accommodating. Jinx is usually very shy around strangers but even let Karen brush and pet her! Great experience overall.

    Karen stood out from the first time she met our cats - she was very keen to interact with them so she even went out to the garden to say hi to them when they were initially a little bit shy. During the time we were away, she’s messaged us in every visit to update us and send us photos. She’s fully attentive to our cats’ personality and situations, and communicated with us perfectly. We were very happy with her and will definitely reach out to her for next time.

    This was the first time I’ve used Cat in a Flat and I’ve been really happy with the whole process. It was very easy to communicate and make arrangements with Karen who immediately put myself and my cat Martha at ease when we first met. Karen sent daily updates and photos of Martha, which was reassuring and the care and love that she provided was clear to see when I arrived back to a very happy and relaxed cat.
