Cat owner of 22 years

I’m married living in London Fields with my husband Adam, baby daughter E and two British shorthairs Lola and Maple. We have lived in the area for 7 years.

I’ve owned cats since 2002 – 22 year old Luna is still alive and well and living with my mum in West Sussex. I tracked down Luna’s breeder in 2019 and was able to take home Lola who is directly related!

We decided to get Lola a sister and Maple joined the family in 2023, our little April fool born on 1st April.

We welcomed a (human) daughter in May 2024 and all 3 baby girls are very happy together.

I know the key to a good relationship with kitties is time and patience – I can give lots of cuddles and playtime or just provide a friendly presence for more timid cats.

Having regularly cat sit for neighbours I’ve now joined cat in a flat to help out more regularly and help with baby E’s costs :)

Happy to drop in, feed and play, and will send photos and updates everyday as I know just how worrying it can be when going away.
