Henna did a great job of looking after our cats over Christmas :)

Henna looked after our 2 young cats over Christmas and we couldn't have been happier. She sent videos and cute pictures and it was obvious our cats really liked her too. Will definitely book again

Henna was an absolute star, we will definitely be booking her again! She looked after our cat Pepper with great care over Christmas & put our minds at ease. She always kept us updated & sent photos, and she even dropped in for an extra unplanned visit as a last minute request. She also did things like bringing our bins back in from the pavement!!

Henna did a great job looking after our five cats and they absolutely loved her. She took the time to get to know what each cat required and played with the playful ones, cuddled the affectionate ones and even won the shy one over! She was very easy to communicate with and sent us photos each time she visited. I will definitely book her again!

Henna is a wonderful cat sitter! She looked after our nervous Ruby whilst we were away and made so much effort to calm her and bond with her, we came home to a relaxed, happy girl! A true cat whisperer! Our lockdown cat who is still shy of friends who have visited forever and Henna has become her friend, cuddles, strokes and chats in just a week. Was a great comfort to know that she wasn't alone whilst we were away.

Henna is very friendly and professional and a pleasure to deal with. She's been very quick at responding throughout the whole process and she provided us with feedback and photos throughout the booking. Our cat is a shy little one, but she must've been well looked after as her fur looked really healthy, and she was not hiding but came to great us first thing when we came back in a happy playful manner. We've already booked Henna for the next time we're going away.

Henna responded quickly to a last-minute catsitting request. Our sitter cancelled last-minute and I was freaking a bit, so tried CIAF for the first and I couldn't be happier with her. She is super friendly and professional. She made sure to stay around to give Poes a cuddle every day and sent us a picture of Poes every day with a little message. Recommend!
