Gen was a great reassurance while we were away. Reliable and kept us well informed throughout.

Gen did a great job looking after my chatty lady Daisy, I received daily updates and photos so I could see what she had been up to. It was a great relief to know she was being well cared for! Thanks Gen for your patience with Daisy 😻

Gen was wonderful! She came over a couple of days beforehand and was very thorough with all her questions and making sure she knew all about Robi's needs and wants. While we were away Gen kept us up to date after each visit so we knew he was all OK, and we came home to a very happy cat. We'll definitely be asking Gen to sit for Robi again in the future and absolutely recommend her.

Gen was absolutely amazing! Very professional, friendly and trully concerned with the wellbeing of our cat. Our cat, Maya, is not very confortable around people she doesn't know, but seemed to get very well with Gen staright away. Gen sent us pics, videos and updates on food, water and litter tray everyday. I've already recommended her to friends and will definitely call her again when Maya needs company.

Gen is super reliable and a lovely person. It was the second time she was looking after our Thomas and I hope not the last). I got updates on my cat every day, photos and videos. Upon our return cat seemed to be calm and happy. Highly recommend her!
