I think I can call myself a regular customer now. As always, very happy with the service provided by Emma. I would hardly describe my cat as affectionate, but she loves Emma to bits now.

Emma always go above and beyond to take care of my kitties whilst I’m away. I worry less about leaving them at home as I know they are all in safe hands with Emma.

Happy cats! Emma is great. She’s reliable and really caring. On her visits she takes time to play with the cats and accommodates their different personalities, so both cats had plenty of attention as well as food and fresh water. Loads of photos and videos too while we were away, reassuring to know the cats are in safe hands.

Emma has looked after our cats a couple of times this year and we have been very happy. She met us to talk through our requirements in detail the first time and checked in for any updates when collecting the keys the second time. We received daily updates both times and our cats seemed settled and content on our return. We will certainly contact Emma again in future.

Emma is very professional about everything from caring for your cats, to security for your home. Emma really does care about the welfare of your cat. Emma was great. She came over before we went away and asked all the right questions so that she could care for our cat while we were away. She sent a message on every visit and shared photos of our cat. We came home to a happy moggy.

Emma was brilliant, she kept us regularly updated about how our cat Sumo was, sent us lovely photos and we felt really comfortable leaving Sumo in her very capable hands. Sumo had to have done medicine too whilst we were away and Emma was able to give Sumo this. Emma also helped us with our bins whilst we were away which was really helpful! Emma was great with Betsy. She can be quite anti-social with strangers but Betsy was happy to come out to see Emma! Emma sent us several photos and videos throughout our trip and kept us informed. Emma was fantastic. She looked after our cat for two weeks, checking in twice a day, spending time with him, letting him in and out. Emma is a brilliant cat sitter, both of our two kitties were well looked after. Even our shyest girl, who is usually extremely standoffish to strangers, is fond of Emma. I loved getting the updates each day with photos, so lovely to see their little faces while we were away, really put my mind at rest.

Asked Emma to look after our two young cats over Christmas and she was great! Updated us twice a day with lots of pictures of Dexter and Rocky. The two knocked glass jar on the floor and was very pleased to find out that Emma picked up all glass pieces and hoovered the carpet. They both looked very happy when we returned home.
