Cat Companion

I have always lived with cats since childhood and continue to be a total cat lover. I have two beautiful cats, knoxy and Django (father and son). Knoxy had been abandoned and needed a home, so I adopted him. Initially he was a nervous and rather straggly but soon settled in and I got him back to full health. After getting friendly with the neighbour’s cat….. I agreed to take on one of the kittens who I’ve nurtured since he was six weeks old. They’re both very loved, well looked after, receive lots of petting, brushes (which they love) and regular treatments.

I have two grown up sons and have a full clean enhanced DBS check which has been requirement of my work, running arts projects for young people. I have experience of looking after people’s pets for many years on an informal basis. For example, I took in the neighbour’s cat as they were unable to take him to their flat, and even found a new home for him.

As I move into freelance work, I am now available to take care of your cats, which I will do with the same care and compassion that I give to my own. I know cats love a routine and feeding them on time is a top priority. I’m happy to give them as many strokes and brushes as they like and of course I will deal with the business of clearing out litter trays and any other messes. I’m flexible, available and totally reliable and will happily send you daily updates of your furry friends. I'm based in Hackney and happy to meet and discuss you and your cats needs.
