5☆ Nicole was excellent, she visited prior to sitting to meet the cats. She played with them and even saw my boy, who doesn't usually appear to strangers. She sent me photos and updates, which was very kind. She was warm and friendly and was very good with the cats. I definitely plan to use her again and recommend her to anyone.

Absolutely fantastic. Nicole looked after my 2 cats so well, they were really relaxed and happy on my return. She kept me updated with texts and photos. I felt super comfortable that they were being extremely well looked after. Can’t recommend highly enough.

Nicole was fabulous! She sent me messages when she'd been round to tell me how Frankie was and sent me a photo which was really reassuring (as I have an old cat). She was great at communicating before/ after and I came home to a very happy Frankie!! I am so glad to have found someone close and will definitely be booking again! :)

She was happy to send us a photo or video of our cat every visit which really put our minds at ease, and she was consistently a reliable, responsive and pleasant communicator throughout the entire process. She also watered my plants upon request and brought in mail which was great, and she seemed to bond well with our cat! Nicole was brilliant! Ginkgo has been to catteries previously and come back stressed, anxious and unhappy but it’s been the complete opposite having Nicole come and care for him. We were away for quite a while and came back to a happy, relaxed and well cared for little man! We got regular updates and could see Ginkgo was being well looked after and getting plenty of fuss too! I would really recommend Nicole to anyone looking!

Nicole was amazing! I was pretty nervous leaving my kittycat for so long (10 days), but she was so communicative (sending me lots of photos and videos) and took the time to give him lots of love. Would highly recommend. :)
