Hi! I’m Sarah, Meowmy to three adorable kitties. I joined Cat in a flat because I found it incredibly difficult to find a cat sitter who could take care of our diabetic girl Polly, giving her insulin injections twice a day. Unfortunately we had to say goodbye to princess Polly (age 17) on August 9th 2021, after three years of living with diabetes 😢

We adopted Ben, 15 year old diabetic, from Coventry Cats Protection in November 2022. Sadly he suddenly became very poorly and died just 8 months later.

On the day that Ben crossed the rainbow bridge a litter of kittens were born. The universe works in mysterious ways and we soon heard that two of them were still looking for a home. It felt like Ben had worked some magic to heal our broken hearts, and Rosie and Bertie became part of our family in September 2023 at 10 weeks old 😻

Not only will I come and feed/play with your cats and clean their litter trays, I can also take care of chickens, snakes and small animals too. I have extensive experience of caring for diabetic cats and know all too well how hard it is to find someone who can provide the extra care that they need. Not only am I able to commit to giving insulin injections, I’m also experienced in home testing blood glucose and can continue your normal regime while you’re away.

I will send you photos/videos of your cat on a daily basis. I’m also happy to pick up fresh bread and milk for your return home if you need it.
