Heather is an absolutely lovely girl and was amazing with Alfie :) On first meeting she took a lot of time to make sure she'd got to know him well and upon my return from holiday Alfie was really chilled out and relaxed despite not being used to being alone. Regular updates with photos and videos - cannot recommend Heather highly enough!

Myself and my husband went away for 12 days this was our first time using this service so always apprehensive in the begging, however Heather put our minds at rest immediately from the meet and greet and throughout our break. We received regular updates & pictures of our boys, which was very reassuring & helped us enjoy our break feeling settled.

Heather was brilliant, she came to see Mox before the holiday. Was reliable and sent updates photos and even videos Mox was fine when I got home happy and well fed. Would certainly use Heather again

Heather has been amazing with Onyx! I was really nervous about leaving Onyx for the first long period of time but Heather sent me multiple daily updates and really reassured me that Onyx was doing well. Excellent cat carer. Very professional. Our stay was extended out of town and she even brought food and litter. Updated us everyday with photos and videos of our kitties. Changed litter, fresh water, fresh food daily.

Highly recommended. You can be assured that your kitties are in safe hand if you have her as your cat carer.

Heather is lovely. My big man cat loved her. She did all the little things I asked even looking after my stray cat who I have been feeding for months, hoping to bring into the family.

Heather has gone above and beyond to look after our two cats. When our water had to be turned off when we were away she brought fresh water with her to replace their water bowl. We also loved receiving photos and videos of them both after each visit. It really gave us peace of mind while away.
