Cats 'n' Carrie

Hello, I am Carrie.

I'm a mum to 1 human baby, and 2 cat babies! I absolutely adore all animals and find myself constantly wanting more, but realistically, our house is pretty full already, so I wanted to take the opportunity to take care of other people's pets instead. I've got 6 years of experience caring for cats of my own, plus many more years of living with housemates who had cats. I also grew up with a dog, 2 guinea pigs and 2 rabbits. Basically, I love anything fluffy! I'm a very calm and caring person, so I can bring lots of love and affection to your beloved pets.

Being away from your pets can be really difficult. I know, because I always feel a sense of anxiety whenever we go away and leave our 2 boys. Whenever I visit, I will always provide reassurance to owners that their pets are doing ok, and provide photos and/videos with my updates. I'm mindful that not all pets are happy to be approached by strangers. Therefore I would only ever fuss/pet an animal that is happy for me to do so. I have lots of experience with administering meds (tablets/spot on treatment) and I'm very good at playing! :D I'm very flexible as I don't work, so I can be available for the majority of the day.
