Playful, Peaceful or Picky Cats - Happy to help :)

It's hard to remember a time when I didn't have a cat in my life! I am an all round animal lover but for me cats will always take top spot.

My name is Nadine and I currently live in Rothwell. I currently work for the NHS but I am in an office based role working from home. I drive and would be able to support anywhere in the area - Garforth, Swilllington, Robin hood, Lofthouse, Methley etc. My husband at times may be part of the visit too as he is also a cat lover but due to his shifts (police officer) it would mainly be me :)

We currently have our own two furbabies - Simba a tabby and Nala who is a maine coon, both indoor cats but I have also had outdoor cats in the past too. Sims suffers with cystitis so has tablets every day - meaning I have become quite experienced in the art of negotiation with cats!

Growing up my mum was the exact definition crazy cat lady always rescuing and unable to say no to any cats who were struggling to find homes. At one point we had 6 cats and kittens! Lots of different personalities, preferences and needs but this absolutely helped with understanding them as individuals.

I know the importance of understanding not every cat is the same. Age is a factor but they all have their preferred activities whether it is sleeping, playing, eating or just being left alone! On my visits I will treat them as if they were my own giving them as much care, love and attention.

Before visiting I want to ensure I can make your cat(s) as happy as possible so would love you to share all those little routines and what would make your cat feel most at ease.

During the visit I will do the basics - fresh food and water, clean bowls, change/freshen litter, let in/let out (if outdoor), put to bed - if they have a specific room you like to keep them in and administer medication (if required). Then on to the good stuff if they like the attention - playtime, cuddles, strokes or for those who are picky of the company they keep maybe just a little head scratch.

To keep the house happy whilst you are away I can move the mail, open/close curtains and water any plants.

For your welcome back after your trip happy to pick up that bottle of milk, or loaf of bread if required.
