Perfect Sitter!!

We were very anxious about leaving our cat for nearly 2 weeks, but we needn't have worried - with Zhen, she was in the very best hands! Zhen helped a shy cat come out of her shell through being patient and gentle with her, which helped our cat feel very safe with Zhen. She was very quickly coming to her for strokes, which is amazing. Zhen sent us daily videos, which we loved, kindly gave our plants water, and was very responsive. I'd highly recommend her!

Zhen was excellent. Each day an update, she spent a good amount of time with Simba and even helped out my neighbour with a problem.

We had Zhen care for our 2 elderly cats this past weekend and she did a fantastic job. She sent videos and pictures and spent time making them feel comfortable. One has 2 daily tablets and Zhen was happy to ease her in to taking them and made sure that there was plenty of food to eat - while cleaning up them as I know they can leave a mess - so when we came home there wasn't anything to sort out and both were fast asleep fell fed and relaxed. We 100% recommend Zhen to anyone in need of a cat sitter in Acton/Chiswick area.

When our scheduled sitter cancelled last minute, Zhen has been super nice and available in taking over literally 12 hours before our leave.

She's been respectful and nice to our furbabies, which are very shy and generally don't like new people. But since the second visit they were already interacting with her.

Zhen has been always timely and regular in visiting and when she had to shift the visit of few hours she asked before to find an agreement. She's been playing and sending videos and pictures and updating us on how much the cats ate or used the litter, to monitor their health.

We are very happy, next time we know we can call Zhen!

Zhen did a fantastic job of looking after Mia and was kind enough to send us videos every day which was very reassuring when we were away and missing our fur baby! She was very reliable with communications and I came back to a very happy cat. Thank you Zhen!

Zhen was very good with the cats, she came twice a day and filmed the cats whilst eating to show they were well looked after. Responsive to instructions and communicative. Would hire gain.

She's one of the best cat sitter I've ever met. Everyday visiting my flat, she took videos of my cat's playing, getting brushing and having foods. She cared my cat as like her pet, I saw my cat felt comfortable and enjoyed playing with her. If I need to seek a cat sitter, I will definitely ask her schedule first.
