Available over Summer! Friendly Experienced Cat Sitter in Balham

Currently taking a break until 2025

I am a lifelong cat owner and lover, I have experience working in a vets and have my own cat Walter who is currently ruling the roost in our flat in Balham (SW12). I have always loved cats, and like to think they like me too! I am patient and calm around the more timid cats but also great at playing and wearing out the more adventurous little ones.

I currently work from home a lot and love the idea of using my spare time to look after, cuddle and play with cats in the area!

I think pet owners appreciate my cat-sitting services because I don't just stop by for a quick feeding and then leave. I am more than willing to stay longer, watch some TV, have a cup of tea, (if you are comfortable with this) and keep your cat company. Sometimes, I bring my laptop to get some work done. I understand that cats often appreciate having someone around, even if they don't love to always play / cuddle, and this is why they seem to like me as well. While not every visit is like this (I do have to go to the office sometimes and unfortunately can't spend all day cuddling cats), I always try to give enough time and attention.

    Our cat is not a people person and yet on first meeting Frankie made her feel at ease which in turn made us feel confident about leaving her with a sitter for the first time. She showed so much love and kindness throughout the time she looked after Mocky, reacting to her needs and sending us lots of photos and videos. Thank you Frankie

    Francesca is fantastic! Always on hand to help and is very patient, kind and loving towards our nervous cat who has taken to her very well. Francesca is very professional, trustworthy and friendly, we are very lucky to have met her. Our cat had surgery and had to be given medication on schedule, this was no problem for Francesca!

    Frankie was absolutely fantastic and we couldn’t have been more pleased. It was our first time leaving Henry & Charlotte but Frankie put us right at ease. She kept us updated with regular pictures and videos, and the kittens seemed to love her company too. We’ll definitely be using Frankie again in the future!

    Francesca was absolutely amazing with our two cats Milo and Taco. She was great at keeping us up to date with pictures and was super flexible with times to visit during the day to ensure the cats had some time outside! Couldn’t recommend her highly enough, we will definitely be using her again going forward!!

    Francesca was an absolute pleasure to work with! We were away for almost 3 weeks, so the longest we had left our cat, but we were sent daily updates and had every confidence that Ares was well looked after - to the point we were worried he preferred her to us! Would highly recommend.
