About Me

Cat Care Specialist

Hi there! My name is Beatrice and I am a Cat Specialist at Woodgreen Pets Charity. Previous to that I worked for Cats Protection in different roles.

I have years of experience in caring for cats of every age and temperament and I am able to administer medications when required. My knowledge about cat needs developed through my experience and previously through my studies - I have a bachelor's degree in animal welfare and a master's degree in Human Animal Interaction.

Due to my full time job at Woodgreen I can only offer one visit a day, which will take place in the evening after work. During my visit, which will last around 30 minutes, I will make sure your cat has fresh food and water, a clean and safe environment and as much interaction as they like in terms of fuss and play time. You can also book 60-minutes long visits by booking 2 visits per day, this will allow some additional enriching time for sociable cats that need that extra attention. I am also available for overnight stays.

    Knowing that Beatrice was looking after our kitten really made being away from home much easier. Beatrice sent lovely daily updates and always communicated clearly. Our cat loves to be the centre of attention and needs a lot of playtime, which Beatrice handled brilliantly.
