About Me

Nationwide Pet/House Sitting

Mature student retraining in Animal Management and Behaviour at Bishop Burton University Centre. I work part time.

Also available for dog sitting.

Growing up we always had cats, experience of tuxedos, tortoiseshell and tabby British short hairs, Maine Coon, Ocicats and Bengal cats. I regularly care for a Staffordshire Bull Terrier, a Miniature Pinscher and an Old English Sheep Dog. My pet sitting started in my teens, looking after extended family pets. Handling experience with fish, reptiles, birds, goats and small mammals. I'm a quick study and can follow instructions if you have other animals that need looking after.

Overnight price is for cats only, additional charges will apply, on an individual basis, for dogs due to walk requirements, etc. Please enquire.

What does your cat need from a cat sitter? Tell me, and that's what I'll give them!

I LOVE to cuddle, snuggle up with, play chase the laser or ribbons with cats so will be over the moon to do all of those with your cat...

BUT I also understand that some cats don't want cuddles/never sit on laps/don't like strangers in their space (like my tortie!)/aren't impressed by toys so I can simply pop in and meet their food, water and hygiene needs if that's all they need.

Fee includes: Clean and refill food bowls, Clean and refill water bowl, Empty litter tray and top up with clean litter, A fuss, cuddles, playing and attention as requested by you and wanted by your cat(s), Brushing and treats as required, Messages/photos of your cat(s) at each visit, as arranged.

I expect you to tell me about any health conditions, or foibles of your cat(s) that may impact my caring for them (Do they climb up your leg to get to their food? Are they aggressive? Do they show any particular signs of distress? Are they a hider or an escape artist? Etc.) before our cat sitting agreement is finalised. I like to have a list or notes left by owners as well.

    As always, Sarah was brilliant and our two cats were well cared for and content throughout the time we were away. Sarah is so consistent attentive with pet care and we know our cats are in safe hands when we go away.

    Sarah is so knowledgeable, reassuring and attentive. She takes the time to really get to know the cats and the specific care they need, and sent regular updates, photos and videos of our cats while we were away. Our cats were happy, well cared for, and enjoyed lots of fusses and attention while we were away.

    Sarah was fantastic and provided lots of updates of videos and photos of our cat and went above and beyond really. Our cat is very shy and doesn’t take to strangers, but after a few days he was sat on Sarah’s knee having cuddles. I would absolutely use Sarah’s services again and would highly recommend her. 😺

    Happy cats! This is our second time having Sarah look after our boys, Sarah stays overnight which is amazing as our puss cats are no longer stressed on an evening as they get plenty of love. they were in safe hands, Sarah is amazing, so happy to have found her.

    We cannot recommend Sarah highly enough. She has been absolutely incredible in taking care of our two cats, going above and beyond in every way imaginable. Our cats can be quite the handful, but Sarah was amazing. She kept us informed throughout our holiday, sending pictures and updates ensuring we were knew our boys were well and happy.
