About Me

Puuurfect Cat Sitting in Temple Herdewyke!

Hello cat lovers!

I am 28 years old and a full-time NHS psychotherapist. I have been living in the UK since 2015, after traveling between Germany and Italy for 3 years while studying at A-Levels.

My experience with cats basically started when I was a child! I have lived with cats since I was born and started catsitting at the age of 16. I used to live with 4 dogs as well as a child, but I do not have as much experience looking after them as I do with cats.

For some reason, I seem to connect very easily with pets - cats in particular. I have had all sorts of animals; different types of birds, snakes, snails, hamsters... Some of my friends call me "Miss Dolittle" lol!

I currently own 3 furry babies who I love more than anything else in the world. I completely appreciate how pets are part of the family and I do not treat animals any less than that. In my care, your cat(s) will be treated with the same love and affection you would give them.

I have a clean enhanced DBS which I’m more than happy to provide for your piece of mind.

I will regularly be updating you on your cat(s) wellbeing and send pictures, videos etc. I am also happy to videocall you while catsitting your furry baby - I am aware of how much one misses them when away :-)

As I am mainly working from home, I have plenty of time to look after your furry babies. I am happy for you to tell me your preferences - e.g. visits in the morning/afternoon/evening.

I am experienced administering different kinds of medication, including injections.

Your cat(s) will be looked after with lots of love :-)

Not only did she take fantastic care of my furry babies, but she also went above and beyond by sending regular updates in both written messages and videos. Her commitment to keeping us informed and asking if there was anything more she could do truly sets her apart.

    Sofia did a great job feeding the cats. She washed their bowls, put out fresh food and water as requested. Unfortunately the cats showed little gratitude in only occasionally turning up but all food was eaten by the following visit. Hopefully on future visits they will let Sofia give them some fuss.

    It was first time using these services and we were really pleased with Sofia, she was great was great with Romeo. Sofia fed, cleaned and played with Romeo, she did not rush but took her time. Sofia kept us informed throughout and she sent us loads of videos and picture to keep us at ease. Thank you

    Sofia was brilliant with Bob and Betty. She sent us pictures / videos every day. The kitties loved her immediately. She played with them, brushed them 🥰🐈🐈‍⬛ I feel they had better time than us on our weekend away 😂💕

    Sofia is an amazing cat sitter! We couldn’t have asked for more. Our cat was so well looked after and Sofia’s communication was brilliant with videos and pictures every visit, which were also hugely entertaining. Sofia went above and beyond and even helped our cat with some troubles he had. We can’t thank her enough and highly recommend her.

    Sofia is the best cat sitter we've ever had. I wholeheartedly recommend her to take care of your cats while you're away. Sofia took care of our two cats while we had to travel abroad on short notice to take care of my mother in law. It was a stressful time and Sofia made it so much better with really sweet updates with videos and pictures. She even brought toys (!) for our cats and just generally took amazing care of them. Our cats have clearly fallen in love with her! Sofia is someone who's extremely kind, extremely trustworthy and someone who'll go above and beyond to take care of your cats.
