Caring for Cats - home cat sitting service Torquay

Hi, I'm Marie and cats have been in and around my life for the last forty years. My own cat is 9 years old and we adopted her from a relative when she was four. I have never put her into a cattery because I know that cats are much happier in their familiar home environment. We have luckily always had family or neighbours to look after her, but I know that isn't available to everyone.

As a cat sitter I will make sure that your cat is healthy, safe and happy during your absence. I will follow your instructions for their care, and stick as closely as possible to their familiar routine. I am happy to administer medication if necessary (but not injections).

I can also do a quick daily security check of your property and water any houseplants if required. As an experienced hamster owner I am happy to top up food and water, and keep an eye on small pets.

    First time using this service. Previously used a Cattery - or for short periods a kindly neighbour. Due to my forgetfulness, My cat had not had his flu jab, by the time I got it sorted - Cattery was fully booked. Slight panic ensued!. I found this site recommended on Facebook. Popped in the details, and found Marie. What a find. Pure excellence.

    Marie and her daughter were absolutely star cat sitters! We got daily picture updates, they kept our cars entertained, well-fed and even the litter trays all clean. No fuss, they visited before the dates to get to know the cats also! We would 100% recommend them :)

    Marie and her daughter looked after my cats for 6 nights whilst I was away and I came home to very happy cats. The daily updates were fantastic describing their typical behaviour so I knew they were relaxed. Marie left everything so clean and tidy for my return which was an unexpected bonus. Completely reliable, easy to contact and 100% cat people!

    Marie came round to meet my cats and I before I made my booking. It was clear straight away she is a cat person and I felt really comfortable to leave my fur babies in her hands. She sent me pictures and kept in touch. My cats were really happy so I’ve already booked her again! I have no hesitation recommending Marie, she’s excellent!

    Marie and her daughter took excellent care of our cats. Marie came around the day before she was due to start, to meet the cats, pick up the keys and learn where everything is. While we wereaway, we got daily photos and the communication was great throughout. The cats looked happy, well-fed and content with their company. Great sitter!
