Charlotte is an amazing cat sitter and I would highly recommend her to anyone.

Our previous cat sitter recommended Charlotte and we can only say we are absolutely thrilled with her. We were concerned about leaving our cat after recently moving house but Charlotte mastered all the complicated arrangements we'd made to track him while outside and got on so well with him. She is a real find and we will certainly use her again.

Charlotte is very good at communicating and looked after our kittens well, especially as one of them is very nervous. Would absolutely recommend her 🙂

Charlotte was amazing as always. She went above and beyond for our cats and did extra trips when she wasn't booked in to do so! Our cats love her :)

Charlotte took amazing care of our cat, Hallie when we went away for 4 weeks. She sent us plenty of updates and her communication was great. When Hallie met her she instantly liked her (which is unusual for her!) and we came home to a very happy, relaxed cat. We would recommend her and use her again for sure, Thank you!

Charlotte looked after our cat Amelie while we were in France and was absolutely amazing! She sent us updates and photos daily to reassure us and we came back to a very calm and happy cat. She was always very prompt to respond to messages, and was very thoughtful and professional. We can tell she is a real cat lover and would highly recommend her!

I was very worried about leaving Cherry for the first time when we went on holiday but Charlotte was wonderful right from the start! Charlotte sent a message before we went which set me at ease and then sent regular updates and pictures. She is very thoughtful and Cherry took to her immediately, we will definitely be asking Charlotte to look after Cherry again when we go away. Charlotte is wonderful. This was our first trip lasting multiple days, and we were so happy that Charlotte could stay overnight. Our cat was well looked after, got lots of cuddles and play, and overall a relaxed and happy cat, just as we left her. Charlotte always has excellent communication, sending us photos and videos of Ginger, and giving daily text updates. Thank you Charlotte for helping us have a relaxed, stress-free holiday 🥰

Once again, Charlotte is a super star! She is so attentive to Ginger, and really kindly found time for an evening visit for us at last minute. We're so grateful for Charlotte's kindness, attention to detail, reliability, love toward Ginger, and constant communication throughout her visits. If I could give more than 5 stars, I would 😊
