Hello my name is Amy I have been a veterinary nurse for 10 years and currently work full time in a busy veterinary practice in Edinburgh. I have a three legged cat myself who I absolutely adore. In my spare time I enjoy going on lots of walks, discovering new music and having a good ole catch up with friends over a cuppa.
I have had a very positive experience with cat sitters from here and I would like to be able to help out fellow cat owners when they need a bit of cover when they are away. I live just on the outskirts of Edinburgh, more than happy to cover within the city itself. I am very experienced with cats, the handling, checking them over and administering all types of medication including insulin is absolutely no problem. I respect that some cats enjoy their own company and I know comfort from a far would be appreciated, I can entertain cats who enjoy a good play with toys and can provide comfort with cuddles and head scratches for those who like a proper fuss. Being a cat owner myself I know what it is like to leave your furry loved ones at home. I would provide plenty updates and photos to keep you in the loop of how they are doing. I will do my absolute best to stick to their routine to keep things as stress free as possible.
