Experienced cat sitter - available in school holidays

I am a chemistry lecturer who is available for cat sitting during the school holidays. I have a current enhanced DBS check. Happy to do visits, or overnight stays. I live in the Yate/Chipping Sodbury area.

I have had cats for the last 5 years and am experienced with both very nervous and very bold cats. Over the past year, I have even taught my cat to do tricks like sit, paw and ring a bell. I really love cats and also have experience with looking after various animals, including cats, chickens and dogs.

I have an enhanced DBS (criminal record) check and have my own car so am available to travel for visits or overnight cat sitting in the BS37 and surrounding areas. I am happy to travel further afield for an additional fee.

You will receive regular updates on your cat, including photos and video clips. And I, of course, love to cuddle and play with cats, so will send updates of this too! I am also happy to water any plants, collect post, and generally make sure the house is safe during my stay.

I am experienced in managing my cat's dental issues by giving her toothpaste as advised by her vet, and have given tablets and oral liquid medication in the past. I am also experienced in getting a very aggressive cat into a carrier in emergencies (although hopefully this will never be required).

I do not have experience with giving injections, but would be more than happy to learn if your cat requires injections for managing health conditions.
