I've booked Kaz twice now and would highly recommend her. She's really friendly, patient and calm when interacting with Lily. She followed the instructions I left perfectly, and even cleaned up on her final visit so I wasn't returning to dirty bowls etc which I greatly appreciated. Most importantly I returned to a happy cat!

Kaz was fabulous, from beginning to end. She came to meet my (4) cats before my holiday. She provided daily updates and photographs whilst I was away, she tolerated their rudeness (hissing at her even though she was trying to feed them), and their accidents… 🫣. My cats were always going to be tricky, but Kaz won 3 of them over, and the fourth was none the worse for hiding in the house for 3 weeks - he was certainly no slimmer! I would definitely recommend Kaz and Cat in a Flat. Thank you!

Kaz did a great job watching my 2 cats. She came to meet them about a week in advance and bonded with my very nervous cat right away. While we were gone, the cats repeatedly broke into their food container and Kaz creatively found a solution - and also cleaned up many resulting messes. She did a great job communicating with me and sent some great pictures of both cats. All in all, she made me feel comfortable that I was leaving my pets in good hands - I would definitely choose her as a cat sitter again.

Kaz Was amazing looked after my 3 fur babies with ease even gave medication sent regular daily updates including photographs which really put my mind at ease looked after the place so well, even with one being timid she didn’t force anything on her which was great excellent job would highly recommend!!

We were a little nervous leaving our kittens for the first time but Kaz was great. She was very responsive to messages and kept us up to date the whole time we were away. We came home to some very happy kittens.

We will definitely ask her back the next time we're away.

Kaz has been a great carer for my Gemini cat! So happy to return home to find him happy, not stressed like he has been before when I return. She has kept me updated, dealt with his antics and cheeky behaviour, and gone above and beyond when a workman accidentally let him slip out. I’m super impressed and just hope she is always available when I go away….

Kaz is fantastic! Our cats love her, even our cat Moon - who doesn’t like anyone! She sends brilliant GIFs of our pets too and we know they are completely loved and cared for while we’re away. Would book again in a heartbeat :) thanks Kaz!
