About Me

Surrey cat lover

Hi cat owners! My name is Melissa and I am a teaching assistant in Surrey.

I became a cat sitter because I have always loved cats. I grew up being surrounded by rescue cats as my family worked closely with the RSPCA. I have cared for friends cats on and off over the years so feel I have a good deal of experience with cats. My own fur baby is an 4 year old pedigree Russian Blue whom I absolutely adore.

I love taking care of cats because I know how important is to know your kitty is safe and spoiled whist you are away.

I will give your kitty plenty of cuddles, attention, provide play time and make sure your cat is left feeling content after some human contact!

During my visits I will play with your kitties, give them cuddles/strokes and send you daily photos.

If needed I can open/close curtains, put bins out, feed fish, water plants and change litter trays.

    Melissa was fantastic. She is a lovely gentle and considerate cat sitter! On my return home, Benji was calm and at ease. Melissa made sure he had enough food, fresh water and plenty love at each visit. I enjoyed the pic updates and I especially appreciated Melissa coming out in her own time to meet Benji before we left for our trip. Thanks again!

    It’s a pleasure having Melissa look after our cats and our house. We always enjoy our holidays that much more knowing the cats and our home is in safe hands. We came home to relaxed and happy cats once again :)

    Melissa looked after Daisy, my cat for ten days when i went abroad. My cat has special needs (she is not using the litter tray properly) and i was worried that it would be too much to ask from a pet sitter. My cat also had to take medicine for a few days. Nothing was too much for Melissa, and she did a great job. She sent me a few updates and pictures also. My cat can be a bit aloof, but she really warmed to Melissa. I would recommend Melissa and will definitely use her services again. Catherine (and Daisy)
