Suzanna was a great catsitter; litter was taken care of, my fur baby was happy when I got home, and the house was exactly as I left it. She sent photos every day and was easy to contact. I will ask Suzanna to sit again!

Suzy has been amazing with our cat Elsa and also mu mums cat, Bumbles. She was flexible, reliable and gave really good updates while we were away. We won't ask for anyone else now unless Suzy is away herself!

This is the second cat sit Suzanna has done for us and she has been amazing! My 3 cats are really comfortable around her - even my most shy one coming to say hello! Another great cat sitting experience whilst we were away for over a week. Our lad had some health issues shortly before our holiday, and whilst he was back to normal before we left, Suzy kept updated on his habits and gave him lots of fuss to ensure we didn't worry.

Suzanna was amazing. She sent us photos everyday, was very responsive to messages, took great care of our cats which meant we were able to enjoy our time away without worrying about them. Suzy has reinstated my trust in cat sitters after having a terrible experience with one previously (didn’t feed my kitten!). Suzy has been professional and sent me photos when she has looked after Pip and been very accommodating to my last minute needs. I won’t hesitate to use her again and I really do recommend her services if you’re looking for someone to care for your fur baby.

Luna is our first cat and she is extremely shy and afraid of everything and everyone so we were a bit sceptical about leaving her alone and letting someone else to take care of her. But, to our relief, everything was fine and beyond our expectations as Luna started feeling safe and relaxed from the very first day and let Suzanna pet her. Suzanna was very reliable, professional and communicated well by sending us photos and updates every day. Judging from Luna's reaction when we returned, she probably had a good time while we were away!

Suzanna took good care of my cat and every day she played with her until she became more relaxed and she let her even pet her (she is shy and a bit affraid at the beginning). Suzanna has been lovely! From the moment of pre-meet, her caring and thoughtful manner shone through. While I was so looking forward to return to my happy and playful cat, I can see that he enjoyed Suzanna's company, and I feel safe leaving Siyah and Suzy when I need to be out of town again.
