Hi 👋

I'm Mariia, and I'm here to care for your furry friends! Cats are my passion, and taking care of them is my favourite hobby.

I'm 26 years old, and I moved to London from Ukraine three years ago. I have experience with cats thanks to having been around them my whole life and owning some myself. Back home, I lived with three wonderful different cats for two years in my husband's family house. (It was definitely the deciding factor to move in together 😄) And now I miss these three fluffy balls so much!

Unfortunately, my current tenancy agreement doesn't allow having pets. But I have had the pleasure of looking after multiple wonderful cats via Cat in a Flat since 2021. Proud to have repeat sits.

I know how hard it can be to leave your cats in the hands of a stranger, but I can assure you that your pets will be properly cared for and loved in my hands.

My priority is to cuddle and play with the kitties and, of course, give them food and water and clean the litter. I can find an approach to all types of cat personalities, from those who are outgoing and playful to those who need more time than others to get to know a new human. I’m keen to know the individual characteristics and needs of your kitties so that both they and you are happy. You'll come back to pleased, well-looked-after pets.

I'm happy to send you photos and videos of your cats so that you don't miss them too much and make sure they're having a great time! Also, I'm a flexible person and can step in on short notice.

Mariia is one of the kindest souls I've ever met, with such a beautiful peaceful aura around her. My kitties fell in love with her. Mariia's presence made my cats stress free, her interaction with my kitties was so incredible, all the videos she kept sending daily kept me very reassured and let me enjoy my holiday. Mariia was such a wonderful cat sitter for my two cats. She sent lovely updates regularly and I could see that my cats absolutely loved Mariia and gave her lots of cuddles. Mariia is very organized and reliable, I can recommend her most definitely! I felt very happy and calm about my cats in Mariia's care :)

Mariia is very responsible and kind, she played very well with Silk and took very good care of him everyday. She also updated us with videos and photos frequently which made us very grateful. Silk loves her!!! Choose her and u will not regret!

As always, Mariia was a super star cat sitter. The cats love her and I always come home to two happy fuzz balls. She sent lots of lovely pictures and videos and played with them tons 😊

Mariia is great. She is patient, caring and responsible. She took great care of my cat for a week and sent us daily updates. She took great videos and photos and our cat looked very happy and to like her a lot. Highly recommending Mariia and we were lucky to have her help.

Mariia was a great help while we were away and took great care of our cat Pepper. She was very caring, responsible and patient and gave Pepper lots of attention as needed. She also sent us detailed update and Pepper liked her a lot. Highly recommended!

Mariia was wonderful with my cats. She spent lots of time with them, playing and giving them lots of pets when they asked for them. She always replied quickly to any messages, sent lots of photos and videos, and just generally made me feel so reassured that my cats would be in good hands with her. I’ve come back home to two relaxed, happy cats and couldn’t be happier.

Mariia took care of our kitty for 3 days and we had a really good experience with her. She sent us daily updates, played a lot with him and our cat looked very happy. She is super nice and I would definitely recommend her to take care of your cat while you are away!!
