Cat sitter in London

Elle was fantastic! We felt completely reassured that our mischievous fur friends (Frank and Bruce) were in safe hands. They can be quite the characters but Elle had the measure of them. She gave us regular updates and photos, even programmed alexa to put the lights on for our return. Cannot recommend enough. 😺

Great kitty sitter! Really easy to communicate with and our kittens seemed very content when we returned. The pictures of them throughout the weekend were also really appreciated.

First visit was agreed around 6pm (for feeding, playing but mostly to shut our cat in as she's never been out at night and there are foxes nearby). Cat sitter turned up at 9.30pm. We had chased for an update at 8pm and learnt she was out of town and trains had been cancelled but she was on her way (as these things happen, when meeting the day before I said a neighbour could step in if any issues but didn't get a warning). 9pm and still no updates, so we had to ask the neighbour to check in (our cat was very hungry and back door still open so she could have ventured out). 2nd evening visit was agreed at 6.30pm, cat sitter visited just before 8pm. The 2 visits in the morning went as agreed. We got home to a pretty grumpy cat and had a stressful holiday, but Elle was polite and I'm sure she's a good cat sitter, I would improve on communication and timings.

This was the first time I have used a cat sitter but Elle was professional and reliable. She contacted me prior to meet the cats and make sure she had all the information required, and contacted me during our holiday, even sending a photo of the boys so I could relax knowing they were being looked after. They were both happy when we returned and would definitely book Elle again next time.
