Cat lover

I have always had cats, I cant live without them! At the moment we have 3, 2of them are 5 and one is 3. They are very spoiled. I hate to leave them for a long amount of time as I know how social they are. I love to play with them as they do like that, one of my cats is extremely intelligent, she gets bored easily and is always exploring, if I open a new box or packet, she has to come and see what it is. They love to sit on laps, this is one of my favourite things, theres nothing better than having a cat on my lap and maybe watching a good film. So relaxing. I also take millions of photos of them and take them to art classes, (the photos), where I draw and paint them, they make fantastic topics. Posing for the camera comes naturally. I have cat sat for neighbours cats, I believe its not enough to just feed the cats and leave, I think they like the companionship so I stay for a while and see what they like doing. Cats often like their own space but to know that someone is around is important too. They like their places but also mostly like it if you go to them and stroke them. One of my cats always likes to sit near me, she loves a cuddle but not on my lap only near me. I have been a registered Childminder for 20 years, working from my own home. I still currently do this but its part time. So I also love cats as well as children, this is why I thought I would look into cat sitting.

As a cat lover I like to try and spend time with the cats as I know they miss their owners. So I will stay a little longer to keep them company. I can give them treats if they are left out. Sometimes I leave a few in different places so they find them later. I clean litter too. Not keen on any presents they may bring. 😂
