Jo was fantastic—she sent plenty of photos and videos, was incredibly helpful, and always responded quickly. She also followed the medication guidelines perfectly. Elrond was relaxed and happy when we got back. Will definitely book again!

Jo sent so many photos and videos, which was lovely and reassuring. She also very kindly unpacked the dishwasher that we had left running and cleaned up the mess left by foxes that got into our bins - we were so grateful. Thanks Jo!

Joanna is very friendly and chatty and went to a bit of extra effort for Pepe, which was much appreciated. She was patient with our changing instructions and sent daily updates. Joanna came in advance for a handover. I didn't manage to fully explain everything but left notes and Joanna reassured me Pepe would be well looked after.

Joanna is a brilliant cat sitter! Lots of updates and even went to check on Saki twice when she didn’t see her on her daily visit (Saki loves a good game of hide and seek). Joanna communicated regularly and even stayed longer so Saki could play in the garden on a sunny day. I cannot recommend her enough.

Could not recommend highly enough! Jo went above and beyond to ensure my Maki was comfortable. She not only changed her litter and fed her as per instructions but brushed her, let her out for a couple mins to catch some fresh air and have a tree scratch. And also stayed for a bit for cuddles!
