Cat Sitting Service in York

Hi, my name is Talya and I’m looking forward to looking after your cat while you’re away!

I was lucky enough to grow up with cats, and currently have one of my own: a little old lady called Bella. She was a rescue and is a real character, but adopting her means I have experience winning over cats who don't know me yet.

I am currently in between jobs, I used to work as a doctor in the NHS, but have decided to move onto pastures new. This means I have a lot of flexibility to visit your cat/s any time of the day.

My services include but aren’t limited to:

• Feeding your cat and providing clean water • Cleaning food/water bowls • Cleaning/scooping litter trays • Administering medication, if required. • Giving treats (if allowed!) • Playing with your cat (if they like attention!) • Sending you daily update photos

I can also:

• Bring in your post • Water your plants • Turn light on/off • Open and close curtains • Take out the bins

I have my own fish tank, so am able to do water changes/feed your fish. I also used to have gerbils so have experience looking after small rodents.

Although I’ve not provided injected medications to cats, I do have experience with humans (as a doctor) and I’m sure a lot of those skills are transferable!

On accepting a job, I like to come round first to meet you and your cat, and pick up the keys, as well as allow you to tell me all about your cat’s needs.
