Jak was great, kept us updated and did everything we asked! Got home and both of my cats are happy. Will definitely be hoping to book Jak again when we next go away!

Jak was a great sitter. He visited before hand to meet with our cat and understand any requirements. He came a few days before to collect the key. He visited as required and sent daily photos so we knew our cat was in good hands.

Jak and Katie are so helpful and look after our cats, hens, home and plants better than we could hope. All creatures are happy, no wilted plants and Jak even emptied the rubbish and put our garden waste bin out. Can't recommend them enough! Thanks guys.

As always, really helpful and friendly. The cats were relaxed and happy on our return and Jak sorted out some new batteries for our special cat feeder as the old ones choose that exact day to pack up!

Katie and Jak were great to work with from start to finish. They gave us every comfort that they genuinely cared about Leo and he had a lovely break from us being well looked after in our own home (he's still is getting used to sharing it with us again!!). We got daily updates, photos and videos which was a real comfort and it really seemed as though Katie and Jak spent quality time with Leo and got to know his personality. We wouldn't hesitate to use them again - Leo would be very happy!

Kat and Jak have been brilliant at looking after our 4 cats whilst we have been abroad for 3 weeks.

We received daily updates and photos from them. They also brought in our mail and took out our bins when needed. In addition to adding potions on a number of flying ants nests that had appeared.

We also had fresh milk in our fridge for our arrival back home in the morning. Would use their services again and would recommend them to others. I think our cats have loved having them and they look really well looked after. Thank you so much.

Katie and Jak looked after my two cats while I was on holiday for two weeks. Before I went away they both visited me to get to know the cats, discuss routines for feeding etc. and to go over any questions I had (it was my first time using Catinaflat). During my holiday they sent me regular photo updates and information on how the cats were doing, which was lovely to hear! Got home to two very happy cats, who have obviously been well looked after. Would definitely use Katie and Jak again!
