Sue the cat lady (as my friends call me !)

More than 30 years ago we were asked to take in a family of 3 tiny kittens who were barely surviving in an derelict barn. We fed them every 2 hours with eyedroppers of milk until they were old enough to be taught how to lap milk for themselves. Thus our life with cats began ! We've since had at least 2, usually 3 at any one time, and every time we lose the last one - another one or two or three in need of a good home appear as if by magic ! My favourite thing is to have a purring cat on my lap. It's the best thing ever !

I have a bit more time to spare these days and I'd like to spend more time with cats. I like to see them having a good meal, enjoying their milk and enjoying a good old fuss. I've had cats with different food preferences before, and I've changed plenty of litter trays in my time ! Ive also dealt with 'gifts' of dead mice etc , which although I'm not keen on, I understand the hunting instinct. I just wish they'd take their 'gifts' somewhere else though... I'm very good at finding cats who have wandered off, and encouraging them to come inside when it's time. I'm still running my own business, so I'm organised, responsible, punctual, and trustworthy.
