Helen is a very professional and experienced cat sitter. Everything went really smooth. We met a first time to know each other and for her to meet the cats and another time for key handover. While away she was in constant touch to reassure us. We came back from our vacation and found the cats super relaxed, like we never left!

Helen was an absolutely amazing cat sitter! Our 3 cats were so happy and relaxed when we got home which made our first trip away in 2 years so much easier. She spent loads of time with them and kept us updated twice a day with videos and cute reports. This made us so happy and assured us they were being so well looked after. She also did meds and was super attentive to their individual needs as she genuinely cares so much about cats. I would highly recommend her and have already booked her again for our next trip!
