About Me

Friendly, intuitive cat sitter with 12+ years of experience with cats

Hi!

My name is Amber and I'd love to help look after your lil babies whilst you're away. I have 12+ years of experience looking after and interacting with cats.

I'm 29, located in Pontcanna area of Cardiff and am currently working part time within a mental health service and also do some self employed work as a counsellor. I'm a calm, caring, reliable person and it would be a pleasure to spend my spare time getting to know your lovely cats.

I understand it can be hard to relax when you're leaving your cat(s) at home for a while- and I know it can be stressful for them too if an unfamiliar person is hanging around. I love cats and am sensitive and intuitive when meeting new ones, as every cat is different and has different wants and needs. My main priority is ensuring your cat is comfortable, safe and looked after while you're away.

I'm happy to cover all the basics while you're away (feeding, watering, scooping etc) but also to tend to additional needs like playing, brushing, cuddling (if that's what they're into!).

I'm respectful and conscientious and would take great care of your place while you're away too (happy to water the plants, turn lights on and off, collect post and any other requests to keep your home ticking along while you're away- just let me know if there's anything I can do!).

    We booked Amber to take care of our cat again after having a positive experience last time. Amber did not disappoint! She’s amazing, and fantastic with all pets! I had regular updates on my cat and Amber stayed with her to give her some cuddles and love each visit. It was lovely to return home to a tidier kitchen than we left it too! Thanks Amber x
