Sparkling Litters - Caring for Cats with Love

I’m a lifelong animal lover with a special place in my heart for cats. Growing up, I was never allowed pets – my childhood home was more like a museum than a place for muddy paws – so the first thing I did when I bought my own home was adopt two cats: La Kate and Piccolini.

La Kate was incredibly intelligent and independent, while Piccolini was my shadow – affectionate, loyal, and always by my side. When I moved to Scotland, bringing them with me wasn’t possible due to complicated regulations, so I found them a wonderful family. As hard as it was to let them go, I believe true love for our pets means putting their happiness first.

Later, I met my husband, and along came Leo, a gorgeous ginger cat and the sweetest “gentle giant” you could imagine. Sadly, he passed away suddenly a year and a half ago, leaving a huge gap in our lives. For now, we have a large aquarium instead of cats, but my love and care for animals remain the same.

That’s why I’m here – to offer my experience, reliability, and genuine affection to anyone looking for someone to care for their feline family members as if they were my own.

I’m a naturally tidy and organised person who believes cats deserve the highest standard of care: clean litter trays, fresh water daily, and food served fresh – never yesterday’s leftovers. When I visit, I don’t just pop in – I take time to play, groom, and keep your cat company so they feel safe and happy while you’re away. Visits start from one hour a day, but I can adjust to suit your needs. Your cat’s well-being will always be my priority.
